Help and support
Stuck on a puzzle?
Tap Hint for a gentle nudge; a second hint shows the answer. You can also tap Ask someone for help to send the puzzle to a friend.
Bought something on another phone?
Sign in with the same Apple Account, then open the shop or Settings and tap Restore purchases. Stage packs, “Everything” and special stages come back; lamp packs are used up and don’t.
A purchase went wrong?
Payments are handled by Apple. You can ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Privacy
- No account, no name, no email. Your progress is saved on your phone and in your own iCloud account, which we never receive.
- If a grown-up chooses under 13 in Settings, the game sends nothing at all: no statistics and no ads.
- For players 13 and older: anonymous play statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase, without the advertising identifier) help us improve the puzzles, and optional rewarded videos come from Google AdMob. Videos are personalised only if you allow tracking in Apple’s question; you can change it in iOS Settings at any time.
- Meta’s SDK tells Meta when the game is installed and opened, and about purchases, so we can measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram.
- Purchases are handled by Apple; RevenueCat keeps track of what you bought so you can restore it. We never see payment details.
- We don’t sell personal information.
Terms of use
- The game is licensed for your personal, non-commercial play.
- Lamps are in-game items with no money value; they are used up when spent.
- Stage packs, “Everything” and special stages are yours to keep and can be restored on a new phone. All purchases go through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple.
- Videos are optional, and Apple’s standard app licence also applies.
